Plain-language version of what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.
01Who we are and who this covers
Relay (relaybyconquest.app) is run by Conquest. It helps business owners — mainly contractors and home-service pros — run their own Facebook ads, publish landing pages, and get estimate appointments into their own calendar.
This policy covers two groups: business owners who hold a Relay account (“customers”), and the homeowners or other people who fill in a form on a landing page a customer publishes (“leads”). We treat the two differently, and say where below.
02What we collect from customers
Account details: your email address and password, and the sign-in details if you use Google to sign in.
Business details you type in: your business name, what you do, who you do it for, where you work, your offer, your ad headline and description, your time zone and booking hours.
Photos you upload: pictures of your work, which we use as ad images.
Connection details: when you connect Facebook or Google Calendar, we store the access permission those companies give us, encrypted on our servers, plus the ad account, Facebook Page, tracking pixel and calendar we work with on your behalf.
Activity: campaigns you create, spend and results reported back to us by Facebook, leads you receive, appointments booked, and your subscription and payment records.
Assistant chats: the conversation history with the in-app assistant is kept in your own browser, not in our database.
03What we collect from leads
When someone fills in a form on a customer’s landing page, we collect what that form asks for: name, email, phone number and, on some pages, project type, the property address, a budget and a description of the job. If they pick an appointment time, we store that time too.
This information belongs to the customer whose page it came from. They see it in their own leads list and use it to follow up. We hold it so the service can work for them — we don’t use lead details to market our own products.
04How we use information
To do the job you signed up for: write and launch your ads, build your landing page, check your calendar for open times, book estimates, show your dashboard of spend and leads, and bill you.
To keep accounts secure and private — every customer’s data is only visible to that customer.
To reach you about the service, such as billing notices or a reply when you contact us.
06Your Facebook and Google accounts
You connect these yourself, from your account, and you can disconnect them at any time in Settings. Once disconnected, we stop being able to act on your behalf there.
What Meta and Google collect when you sign in or grant access is covered by their own privacy policies, not this one. We ask for the permissions needed to place ads and manage bookings — nothing more.
07Your photos
Photos you upload are stored privately. Only you can see them in your account. They are passed to Facebook only when an ad is actually created, and you can delete them.
08Payments
Card details are entered into Stripe’s own payment form and go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your subscription status, trial dates and payment records so we know what you’re entitled to and can bill you.
09How long we keep things
We keep your account and business data while your account is open. If you close it, we delete or anonymise what we hold, apart from records we’re required to keep for accounting, tax or legal reasons.
Lead records stay with the customer who collected them. Photos stay until you delete them.
10Your choices
Update or correct your business details any time in Settings.
Stop an ad, change its budget, or disconnect Facebook or Google.
Cancel your subscription — your access runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, or to delete it. If you’re a lead who wants their details removed, contact the business you submitted the form to, or us, and we’ll help.
11Keeping it safe
Access permissions for Facebook and Google are stored encrypted rather than as plain text, your data is restricted to your own account by default, and only a small number of people can reach production systems.
No method of storing or sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t promise perfect security — we work to keep what you give us protected.
12Children
Relay is a business tool for adults and is not aimed at people under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
13Changes to this policy
If we change this page we’ll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use someone’s information, we’ll tell customers before it takes effect.
